Confidentiality Commitment

• All match analysis, tactical reports, and player performance data produced by Matt's Tactical Lab is treated as strictly confidential
• No analytical work produced for a client will be published, shared publicly, or used as a portfolio piece without the explicit written permission of the client
• No real player match data or tactical analysis is posted publicly before professional contact has been established with the relevant player or their team

Third Party Responsibility

Matt's Tactical Lab's confidentiality obligations apply solely to the business itself. Once analytical work has been legitimately shared with a client as part of a commissioned service, Matt's Tactical Lab is not responsible for how that client subsequently uses, shares, or publishes that material.

Clients who share, reproduce, or publish analytical work produced by Matt's Tactical Lab — whether in full or in part, and whether in private or publicly — do so at their own discretion and under their own responsibility. Matt's Tactical Lab accepts no liability for any consequences arising from a client's decision to share or publish such material.

Matt's Tactical Lab retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.

When data is no longer required, it is permanently deleted from all devices and cloud storage accounts where it is held.
